CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposit Policy

All tattoo appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Piercing appointments may require a smaller deposit, depending on the service.

Your deposit:

  • Guarantees your appointment time.

  • Goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Is non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Can be moved only once if proper notice is given (see Cancellation Policy below).

Failure to follow the rescheduling and cancellation rules will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, but to respect the artist’s time:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule one time only without losing your deposit if:

  • You notify us AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, and

  • A new appointment date is selected at the time of rescheduling.

If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” means:

  • You do not arrive to your appointment,

  • OR you arrive 60+ minutes late without notifying us,

  • OR you cancel last minute.

All no-shows result in:

  • Immediate loss of deposit

  • A new deposit required for any future booking

Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time.

We allow a 30-minute grace period.

If you are more than 40–60minutes late without notice:

  • Your appointment may be shortened, or

  • Your appointment may be cancelled, resulting in loss of deposit.

We respect your time — please respect ours.

Refund Policy

Deposits and payments made toward tattoo appointments are non-refundable.

Refunds are ONLY offered if:

  • The studio must cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule, OR

  • The artist has an emergency and no replacement artist is available.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Client cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Last-minute rescheduling

  • Changes of mind about tattoo design, placement, or style

Minors Policy (New Jersey Law)

In the state of New Jersey:

  • Tattoos are allowed for minors ONLY with notarized parental or guardian consent.

  • A parent or legal guardian MUST be present at the studio during the appointment.

  • A valid ID is required for both the minor and the parent/guardian.

We will not tattoo anyone under 18 without the legally required documentation.

Piercings for minors follow similar ID + guardian rules depending on the area
